This hotel was great for our family and we would return again in a heartbeat. The hotel was very clean and had plenty of room. There was a kitchen and plenty of places to sleep for the four of us. The staff was very friendly and provided a nice...
After about 10 years of staying there summer and winter months...NEVER AGAIN.
I by mistake realized after getting half way home that I left 1 coat and a jacket hanging on the back of a chair. Called and was told no problem they will send it...

Stayed for 3 nights had a bad stay there was a nest in the 3rd room we had 3 the shower did not work in 2nd room and the coffee pot had something growing in it. Kids had a good time but I would not stay, Asked to talk to manager she was out of town and the wedding party they had stayed up all night in parking lot.
i have been going hear since i was 5 i was amazed at how much ther is to do the rooms are very clean and they have 2 pools one indore and one outdoor they also have a beach shuttle wich takes you to the board walk for free pluse the rooms are great...

Night/morning #1 called security at 3:30 a.m. due to neighbor's television on all night and inability to sleep. Front desk stated that they knew walls were thin. Security resolved situation. Night/morning #2 called security at 7 a.m. due to what sounded like neighbor dribbling a basketball on the floor. Asked front desk to ask neighbors to wait until at least 8 a.m. to make all that racket. Security resolved situation. Night/morning #3 woke up at 4 a.m., unable to return to sleep due to neighbor's television. Gave up. Did not call security. Went to front desk around 5 a.m. Asked if I could be let out of my last night's reservation. Told manager would not be in until 8 a.m. Spoke to manager when she arrived. She refused to refund last night's stay.
Loved everything about the place!! Indoor and outdoor pools. All were great..Even had a bar at the outside pool. The indoor pool was just awesome, Great for kids. The room was very nice..the bed was just okay. Can't complain about anything else. ...

The hotel was well maintained. The pool and the pool bar seemed clean and well maintained, as were the rooms. It had a big family area and it was close to beaches.
