52 year old with a economy budget, traveling for business
Stayed here for 5 days and the hotel was certainly nothing special. They do have nice beds in average size rooms but the bathroom in my double bed room was smaller than the tiny one in my RV. You could barely brush your teeth without hitting the commode behind you. Standing space in the BR is only about a 3 foot square. Room service breakfast was late on two occasions in spite of giving them a 1.5 hour lead time. Breakfast was also poor. Wifi in room worked sometimes but it was spotty. There is no way to hook up a ethernet cable as you must rely on wifi. The front desk forgot to give me my wake up call on two occasions and when I prebooked a cab to leave a day early 1:00 PM, it was 30 minutes late nearly causing me to miss my plane. This very old hotel is fairly nice inside but need updating. The elevators are extremely slow and there aren't enough of them. Also, non of the equip in the "Business Center" was working during my visit. The computers there also have very outdated software. They don't even have the latest version of WORD so I had to make frequent use of KinKo's which is about a block down. I'd stay here again if the rate was 1/2 of what they charged me. But for what they do charge, there are much better options.
