The Santa Barbara Four Seasons hotel provides a luxury environment, but not so formalized to be unenjoyable. The staff was just wonderful and totally accommodating. The facility was immaculate and the location was great. I expected a superior experience from the Four Seasons hotel, but they surely surpassed my expectations!
Every question or request was acted upon immediately and every request was followed up to make sure it was completed to my satisfaction. Every request I made seemed possible, none was refused. Their customer service was terrific!

My husband and I had the most wonderful week at The Biltmore Four Seasons. We were there with a group of about 300. Our room was perfect, the service just right and the bike path was out of this world.

I thought is was a wonderful restaurant. We had a fabulous time. Everything about the hotel was romantic and beautiful. The employees, especially the maids, were beyond wonderful.
They were helpful and gracious when we arrived. They made certain the room was as we expected. They were very kind and generous to our daughter.

The Santa Barbara property impressed us with a beautiful location, outstanding grounds, impeccable rooms, glorious bathrooms, caring staff and the luxurious feeling of privacy even in public areas.
The rooms included many luxurious surprises. The bathrooms in particular had many touches, decorative and useful, that made the room feel worthy of the Four Seasons' name. The grounds were intensely luxurious and the service at the pool, at tea, and in the rooms themselves, was impeccably attentive.
