One elevator was out of order. It took forever to get in and out of the room.

The location is great because it’s not in a heavy tourist area. The only problem I saw was the beach was eroded.

This hotel must have coined the phrase, you get what you paid for. We stay here every year when we visit my inlaws in Florida. The service is amazing. Not only is the hotel child friendly, but so is every employee. You have a choice to use the pool or go down to the beach. At the pool there are cabana boys who bring you complimentary fresh ice cold water and fresh fruit. There are also pool toys that you can have for the kids. At the beach, you get the same treatment. The main restaurant is delicious, one of the top restaurants in the area. Very child friendly (with Mac and Cheese on their menu). If you have some money to spare and you want to splurge, the Four Seasons in Palm Beach, Fl is your best bet.
