The Four Seasons hotel can always be counted on to be top quality. The rooms are impeccable. The quality of the restaurants is always great. The price is always high.

Staying at this hotel was a real pleasure. The staff was very attentive. The room service was very efficient and the food was very good. The suite was beautiful.

This hotel made me feel respected: After checking in, the manager was called out and he walked us to our suite. They knew this was a wedding anniversary trip for us. So when we arrived in our room we found champagne, flowers and chocolates awaiting us. Rose petals had been strewn on the bed. It was a really pleasant surprise.

I thought having to pay fifteen dollars for parking and three dollars for a cup of coffee was a bit much after the price of the room.

It was what we expected and I would advise others to try it.

The hotel has a great location, near lots of shopping and easy to get to and from anywhere in the city. It also has great spa and salon and amazing workout facilities.

The overall experience was very enjoyable. My only concerns were that the bathroom sink that was not clean and the telephone only worked when on speaker phone. Otherwise, the room was quite comfortable. The restaurant and bar were to the quality I expected from Four Seasons hotels and the service staff was friendly, helpful and most courteous.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: After I had unloaded my suitcase and hung up my suits and shirts, I piled my toiletries on the sink and I quickly ironed a shirt and left for a reception. When I came back my toiletries had been arranged neatly beside the sink, the ice bucket was full of ice, the stereo system was playing jazz in the background, the lights were on but dim and the bed had been turned down. The ironing board and the iron were put away and I had a card on my pillow with my room attendants name on it should I need anything else. This was a very nice touch to a long and tiring day.

It is a beautiful hotel with extremely attentive and friendly staff. They offer excellent spa services.
