with a budget, traveling for leisure
After booking this motel three weeks in advance, we find on our way there, with one hour to go in a 7 hour drive, that they in fact did not keep our reservation. They had taken a credit card, and faxed me a receipt with a confirmation number. Because of their severe, and complete inability to follow simple directions, my family ended up sleeping in the conference room of the Best Western.

55 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
This place should be razed and replaced. No one should ever stay in these sorry old rooms with outdated everything. Nothing comes with the room including service. You want a view? Drive away.....you have been warned.
PS...hasn't been a restaurant there in years...photos are from 20 years ago or more.
