The Four Seasons Hotel in Miami is located one block from Biscayne Bay, in the heart of the business district. The rooms and suites are comfortable and well equipped and some have bay front views. The on-site restaurant, Acqua is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and serves delicious Italian food and the staff are very attentive. They also do a fantastic brunch at the weekend, which is well worth trying. The pool area is lovely and peaceful, even when busy and there are plenty of sun loungers. The fitness center is also well equipped and of a high standard. As you'd expect with Four Seasons, the service is great. All the staff are helpful and polite and they are extremely good at dealing with any extra requests or problems in an efficient manner. The hotel is close to Coconut Grove and Key Biscayne, but it's advisable to hire a car in this area if you plan on visiting other parts of Miami. There isn't a great deal to do in the area immediately surrounding the hotel but if you want to come to the hotel and be well looked after and relax for a few nights, then it's perfect.

The strange thing about this hotel is that the lobby is on the seventh floor. I was literally lost when I first arrived. That said, it was truly tasteful--both in appearance and feeling. The staff were casually accommodating throughout. The one prob
