Great spot. Terrific location to ball park and downtown. Service from valet to restaurants was very nice. Extremely refreshing to visit this hotel - somebody still knows what service is about.
I found myself stranded in Hosuton and had nowhere to go. I had tried other hotels, but all were booked. So I decided on the Four Seasons. It was great, staff friendly and nice. A bit expensive but it was worth it.

Horrible
This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

The location was selected by our agent. We had our own bus. I was given a non smoking room, so there was no lingering odor. It was extremely comfortable and roomy. The breakfast was included and it was luscious!
We were greeted at the bus with our key cards and room numbers. Our luggage was removed and placed in our rooms while we attended a function at another location. It was picked up during breakfast and put on the bus for us the next morning.
I am very likely
to return to the Four Seasons Houston.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
42 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Everyone was very friendly and more than eager to help. It was very convenient as to accessing the surrounding buildings by the walkway from the hotel.
The bed was extremely comfortable.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Four Seasons Houston.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The service was impeccable. We expected a good restaurant in the hotel but we were pleasantly surprised to find it to be one of the best restaurants we have eaten in.
The staff seemed to be on top of things from when we first arrived at the hotel. We were always greeted by every employee we met.
I am very likely
to return to the Four Seasons Houston.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
At this level of service-oriented business, I do not expect to get into an argument with the front desk staff the moment I arrive. I first approached an unlabeled front desk wanting to check-in and was curtly told that this desk was for plane...
