We have stayed at this property on several occasions. The location suits what we like to do while in New York City. The staff is always attentive and the standard of accommodations is consistent.

The service was excellent and they were fantastic in making reservations for me for the Broadway theatre production of Mary Poppins. I had no complaints and I did not want to leave when the time came for me to do so.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was fantastic with a great view of the city and the service for breakfast in my room was terrific. The hotel bar was crowded but when questioned if I had a room in the hotel I was seated immediately and waited on just as soon as I was seated with a friend who was not staying at the hotel.

I thought the place was in a good location. I actually went with my parents so it was a nice stay. I did a lot more touring around New York than I stayed at the hotel. The service was great and the people there had an excellent attitude.

This hotel made me feel hip: It was a nice hotel because it was the Four Seasons hotel. The service there was on the ball like I did not have to wait long for anything. Help was at my fingertips and they had great rooms.

The hotel has a prime location. The service and accommodations were exceptional. The price is comparable to any fine hotel in a major city.

The Four Seasons hotels are always a pleasure. They are more costly than most but the experience of staying there more than lives up the cost. From easy parking to swift check in to comfortable rooms and wonderful environments including fine dining, one cannot ask for more.

The amenities and the room were wonderful. The room service took a very long time and the food was not worthy of the price. The surroundings were not much. The staff I encountered was all friendly with the exception of the concierge, who was rude.

The hotel is a pricier option, but when you are looking for a splurge this is the place. You are right in the midst of things in New York City. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the attractions, and always willing to do that little extra to make your stay that much better.
