I attended a pediatric conference and my family tag along with me. I have a 6 and 5 years old girls that I am a little bit nervous that "casino atmosphere" will not be a good place for them. Surprisingly it was a very nice and kids' friendly hotel. My kids were greeted with a warm welcome note made with chocolates in a plate and with their names also in the bath tub.They were very excited and loved the area and my 5 years old girl told me , "Mom I think I want to stay in these hotel for 3 years". ..

I highly recommend to travellers with kids. I am going to Las Vegas for another medical conference this year which will be held in a different hotel but we'll still be staying at four seasons' hotel.

It was nice and quiet and it was still adjacent to the Mandalay Bay hotel and the rest of the Strip. It is a great hotel, with a good atmosphere and excellent service.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was excellent. The beds were comfortable.

We've stayed at the Four Season's twice since they were the only hotel in town allowing my family of 5 to occupy an Executive Suite. From the moment my family arrived we were pampered including all the child through teen amenities. Both times we were their guests they pampered us from start to finish and even welcomed us home.

On our second stay we had a minor air conditioning leak and they promptly arrived at our door and packed our bags before taking us to our new room we went from an Executive Suite to a 180 degree Strip View Suite which was featured on Travel Channel's top 10 Suites in Las Vegas as number 4. This was the first trip to Vegas that we didn't have to ask to have something corrected.

Four Seasons is famous for its service with a smile and they are the tops with all the additional amenities including the poolside cabana's, Chilled Evian Spritz, cold compresses, cucumber slices, pitchers of fruit water, and plush chaise lounges with attentive staff. Though I am comped at many Las Vegas Casinos the level of attention and care at the Four Seasons is unsurpassed.

It had the quality I would expect. It was elegant, quiet, and smoke free, which was refreshing. I definitely plan on staying there on my next visit.

They have a great staff that is both friendly and helpful. It’s close enough to the Las Vegas attractions yet off the main beat. The rooms are well furnished with quality and the service is first class. Dinning there is a superb experience.

The hotel staff was wonderful. They really make your stay great. They cater to your every need. I did lose power in part of my room on one of the nights.

The location is a bit too far south. However, comfort and service are excellent, just as I expected. It’s perfect for non-gaming, non-smoking customers that want the best of best hotels within Las Vegas.
