Great spot. Terrific location to ball park and downtown. Service from valet to restaurants was very nice. Extremely refreshing to visit this hotel - somebody still knows what service is about.

It was ok. It could have been better. The TV was not working so I had to have it replaced. That took about an hour.

The service was impeccable. We expected a good restaurant in the hotel but we were pleasantly surprised to find it to be one of the best restaurants we have eaten in.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff seemed to be on top of things from when we first arrived at the hotel. We were always greeted by every employee we met.

The location was selected by our agent. We had our own bus. I was given a non smoking room, so there was no lingering odor. It was extremely comfortable and roomy. The breakfast was included and it was luscious!

This hotel made me feel welcome: We were greeted at the bus with our key cards and room numbers. Our luggage was removed and placed in our rooms while we attended a function at another location. It was picked up during breakfast and put on the bus for us the next morning.

It was just fine.
