The hotel is in a good location with a friendly staff. I always feel very welcome.

The suite is lovely. The service is good. The billing needs better scrutiny. Charges are placed on a credit card by the hotel which are wrong. However, the hotel does correct their mistake usually after about three months.

The lobby was unimpressive. The staff was inexperienced. The rooms were small and stuffy. The Ritz Carlton is far superior with lovely suites and a gracious staff .The Peninsula is more accommodating and not as full of themselves. The Four Seasons in Philadelphia, New York, and Rome would be ashamed to share the name.

It is a beautiful facility. They have extraordinary meeting facilities and catering. There are luxury appointments in the room. It is a very nice hotel.

You could walk right onto Michigan Avenue for shopping and dining. A second wake up call was available. They are great for catering to business events
