It was fine. The bar drinks were way overpriced.

They don't recycle and that really bothers me.
This hotel made me feel hip: I liked the new look of the rooms and the TV.

The bathroom floors were too shiny. You could actually see the person in the next stall by the reflection in the floor.

The front desk is so unbelievably friendly and professional. I want to hire them all for our office.

It is a great hotel for customer service, but they nickel and dimed you too much. You should not have to pay extra for amenities when you already pay a small mint to stay at the hotel. Also the parking price was misquoted. It was double what I was told.
This hotel made me feel practical: Anything I needed was available in close proximity.

The amenities are great but they nickel and dime you to death. Internet access, the pool, and the gym should not cost extra. The staff is top notch! They're very customer service oriented.
This hotel made me feel hip: The scent in the room and the overall ambience of the place was modern.

It was a fabulous hotel. The service was exquisite, the meeting facilities top-drawer, and the food preparation was excellent. I love this hotel.
This hotel made me feel elegant: I liked the attentiveness of the staff, and I received superbly courteous treatment.

It is a very nice hotel. It is in a convenient location in midtown. The employees make the stay here worthwhile.
This hotel made me feel sophisticated: Most of the clientele at this particular hotel are worldly. Once inside the hotel, you fell into that category.

It was great.
This hotel made me feel secure: We had locks on the doors. They had guards at the door.
