Mediocre
This hotel seemed to be a fantastic place, but the service was terrible. They were rude and unexpectly snobbish. I would not recommend this place, unless you know they will cater to...
Whether you're in Boston in spring, summer, winter or fall, the Public Garden will look beautiful from a hotel room at the Four Seasons. Views open onto one of Boston's best-known and most picturesque green spaces. The hotel also has a full-service spa for relaxing after a busy day of shopping, dining, seeing a show, and touring the historical landmarks within walking distance of the hotel. Beautiful, plush furnishings and artistic touches make for an elegant experience.

Horrible
If you're going to spend as much as I did on a hotel, stay at the Taj. Better location and security. I stayed in the 4 Seasons and had all my jewelry stolen. They caught the thief on tape but the hotel has no insurance and could only offer me...

Every need was taken care of with a smile. I was still thinking about my stay for weeks afterwards. It is such a nice property!
Taking a healing steam and sauna made me excited. Coming back to my suite and finding a hot bath after a long day also made me excited. Watching a really great movie in high definition on their Phillips TV was really exciting!
I am very likely
to return to the Four Seasons Boston.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel was beautiful and it filled all of my expectations. Everything went smoothly and the employees were all very pleasant. These types of hotels are very expensive and, probably, had I not shared the cost I would not have stayed there.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Four Seasons Boston.
I might recommend it to friends.

The rooms are great. The hotel is clean and the staff are excellent. It isn't the best Four Seasons I've ever stayed in, but I would recommend it to a friend. We stayed there for 3 weeks and felt very welcomed. The concierge can find you anything you want in a pinch, and he does it with a smile.
