35 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The owner's attitude in dealing with guests is appalling. His staff asked us long-distance to switch from the cottage we had reserved to a "house" so they could rent out all the cottages to another group. We obliged to help them out. When we arrived weeks later, it turned out the "house" was only a quarter of a house 20 feet from the busiest road in town. When I let the owner know this wasn't what we wanted, he said, "You agreed to the change." On false information. Don't trust this guy as far as you can throw him.
