Nothing.Staff. I will never stay there and the sports team that my kids were a member of - 24 families - will never stay there. Very poor customer service.

Location to the marina.Beds were squeaky and uncomfortable, doors always being slammed, hard to sleep. I believe I could have stayed at the Holiday Inn next door.

The pool was heated for my children.The smell of the sewer nearby in the morning. Great location, friendly staff. We arrived late and the kitchen staff made up some delicious sandwiches for us.

The hotel is conveniently located. The service is a bit slow. It took two days to get a do not disturb sign. The people are nice and friendly. The rooms are well equipped. They had poor choices of TV stations. Overall, we like the hotel.
