Comfortable bed.Thin walls, noisy, hotel was remodeling our hall. I will never stay at this hotel again. Every time a door opened and closed, it would shake all the walls of our room. In addition the hotel was remodeling the floor we were staying on....

Comfortable, nice amenities.No elevator to upper level. Good location in suburban Pleasanton. Close to restaurants and nightlife. Definitely a 3 star hotel.

Everything was first quality.No bad experience. I would definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip and would recommend it to my friends. A friend and I had the Sunday brunch and the complete staff went out of their way to please.

Good
Room service & pay per view was expensive. They made up for it with my bill of $35 for a cheeseburger, fries and iced tea. I couldn't believe it. They also charged $10 $15 for in room movies. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised.

Wireless internet, and free water bottle, desk area to work.Carpet needed to be cleaned. Great location for the Carr America center and large rooms. Walking distance to food. I would recommend this hotel for business travel.
