The hotel was really nice. They just finished remodeling the rooms and the heated indoor pool was very enjoyable.

The room was warm and comfortable. The bed sheets were clean and soft. The pillows were a little too soft, but I doubled them up. The bath was clean, and having the restaurant and bar inside the hotel meant I did not have to go outside in the cold at all. I would go back there in a heartbeat.

The staff was very good and quick to respond. They even went out of their way to let me use an inner office PC to print out some color copies.

The beds were not too comfortable.

It was ok.

The location was perfect for my purposes. The staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient.

This hotel made me feel pampered: Several of the staff knew and used my name when talking with me.

My husband chooses to stay at this Sheraton when he travels to his Wexford office. It has the best accommodations for the money in the area. They have high quality rooms and amenities at a low cost.

I always like to stay at this location. The staff is very friendly and the hotel's outlets and services are always top-notch. I have never have had any negative issue in all of my stays.

I was very nice because it was below zero outside, and they put me in a courtyard side room because it would be much warmer.

I could not watch the Fox news programs that like. I have since found out that the chain will not broadcast Fox. So I will not be staying there until they do!

I thoroughly enjoyed the Sheraton hotel experience. The companion whom I was staying with is a member of the Sheraton loyalty program, so we were treated to an excellent continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly.
