Helpful staff and a great location.No ice or vending machines on my floor. Fantastic, friendly, staff and a great central location make this a hotel I would both return to and recommend to others.

My parents had a great view they were on the 12th floor.The room I had didn't have a view because I was on the 2nd floor. I think the hotel look better in real life than it did on the computer.

Horrible
Convenience.Room was stunk, bedspread stained, AC didn't work. I was very disappointed with my room. The bathroom smelled like it had been mopped with an old sour smelling mop. The bedspread was stained. The AC would not go below 80. No pen/pencil...
