Excellent Hotel!

37 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

From the moment I walked in the door to the newly renovated lobby till my departure date...I was amazed. The desk clerks and front desk manager was wonderful. Quick efficient check-in! I got an upgrade to one of the "gold wing" rooms just because! It was AMAZING. I ended up buying one of the select comfort beds. One Bistro is just excellent, along with Zachariahs for breakfast. Don't believe the bad reviews...check out this hotel!!!

53 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for business

It is a nice place, the wi-fi internet service was very slow and weak. There was a noise issue but it was resolved by the staff.

I am very likely to return to the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood.
I might recommend it to friends.

48 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The bathroom was super small and I think the cost of the room was very overpriced for what was there.

I am not likely to return to the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood.
I would not recommend it to friends.
