Mediocre
34 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for business

Stayed here a couple nights for business last week. Booked via Kayak, and then PriceLine "name your own price." Classic name your own price scenario - they stuck me right next to the elevator. I know I could have complained, or said I'm going to post a review, but I was tired and didn't want to walk back downstairs. I actually didn't even hear the elevators until the next morning so I wasn't particularly bothered.

I like the fact that they give me a free water bottle, and wifi.

The TV was an old CRT. Watching CNBC from an angle looked like the red arrows were green - very confusing (and exciting that I thought the market was actually up).

I bid $50 for this hotel, so I wasn't that displeased, but the Double Tree, Norwalk is a better option.

I am not likely to return to the Four Points by Sheraton Norwalk.
I might recommend it to friends.

rude service, OK facilities – Posted Nov 28, 2007

Mediocre

The good stuff: it had a decent view and great internet access. The bad: about everything else. The staff and waiters were rude, the food wasn't good, and the facilities were so-so. It certainly wasn't a good value for the money, which was ...

The restaurant was disappointing. Food – Posted Nov 02, 2007

Good

The restaurant was disappointing. Food arrived burned and had to be returned to the kitchen. Room service was inexplicably unavailable. The breakfast request form was on my bed, but when I put it out, it was not picked up for the next morning. ...

Excellent

We stayed here based on previous reviews and it was awesome. It was comfortable, the room was big, the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in at a Hotel. The staff were friendly, the dining room was cozy and the menu had a few, but very...

It was nice and comfortable – Posted Aug 20, 2007

Excellent

My husband, daughter and myself chose this place to be our "home away from home" while we attended my father's 70th birthday party. We stayed for two days. The housekeeping people were the high point. Nice people. Wanted to make sure we...

Good
31 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The room was well maintained but the televisions and the beds needed to be upgraded.

The main check in was handled by the clerk at the front desk and I was treated like a guest not just a customer.

I am very likely to return to the Four Points by Sheraton Norwalk.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The room decor seems slightly dated, – Posted Dec 04, 2006

Okay

The room decor seems slightly dated, but the lobby and common areas are fine. You can't beat the weekend rate. Nearby restaurant options are limited and the lobby "snack" cooler needs to be filled more frequently. The Fitness Room was adequate,...
