Our first room had a door that did not lock. The second room had not been cleaned. The 3rd room had stained ceiling tiles, a toilet that would not flush properly and a very large spider.
The management was very gracious and did everything they could to make up for the hotels shortcomings. Including a wonderful champagne brunch on Sunday morning.
However I would not recommend it or stay there again.

I had booked on the Sheraton website for myself and 4 associates to stay. I had selected King rooms and had the electronic confirmation to prove it. On arrival, they had not King rooms. The staff told me that "a reservation was only a guarantee of a room, not the type of room". When I pointed out that I made my reservation on the Sheraton website they did not apologize. In fact, i found later that my reservation had been CHANGED!!
My room was not clean. The beds were comfortable but too small for some of my associates. My room was left unsecured by housekeeping one day of my stay. I found it on my return at 11:00pm. When presented with the situation, the staff's first response was to say that I must have left the room that way. When I pointed out that housekeeping had been there, I did get an apology from someone in housekeeping. Nothing was stolen.
When I registered my experience with Sheraton Customer Support, I got a couple of form letters. About a week after the trip, I got an e-mail from someone in customer support, somewhat more personal, but no acknowledgement that any of this was wrong! I insisted on an apology from the Hotel Manager at this site and an acknowledgement of the problems and how it would be addressed. After another week, I did get an e-mail from the Hotel Manager. It did not acknowledge any specific errors.
This is a badly managed, unreliable business. AVOID!!!

When a hotel advertises that it has an indoor swimming pool and you have three children and the only reason you choose this hotel is because of the pool, it becomes somewhat of an issue when you arrive and are told that there will be "No Swimming" due to the booking of several "private" parties. It was unacceptable and very misleading.

Ramada inn staff that work on the 2nd shift are not very knowledgable about what rooms were rsvp. They had given myself and several of my team the wrong rooms, where as the rooms were already occupied by others upon entering. Very bad customer service.
