Convenient access to West LA and the airport without being right next to the airport. Great value. Friendly service. Also, across the street from shopping.

The hotel has a fine location, good rooms and comfortable beds. It is near the freeway and the noise level is to be expected. There are food places nearby.

I called from the baggage area three times to get picked up. Each time we were told that the driver was in the area and on his way. After more than an hour we took a cab to the hotel. The desk person had no explanation for the shuttle not showing up and did not apologize. I got a receipt from the cab driver and I was reimbursed. We will not stay there again.
I am not likely
to return to the Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles Westside.

Great location, great value. It's so convenient for traveling through lAX, and is the best solution for parking and flying. Great staff, very prompt transportation, always very clean accommodations. Great for a woman traveling...
