Horrible
Location near LAX.Rooms old, exterior corridor, like a Motel 6. This hotel is a disaster. Although I stayed previously and had a satisfactory experience, this time I was put in one of their older rooms, which are small and on an exterior corridor....

Over priced, unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Stay elsewhere.Items in room did not function: lamps, wired internet etc. Staff was unwilling to help. This hotel is at best a 2 star hotel. It is far over priced for what you get. Spend the extra money...

Horrible
The hotel lobby is lovely but it ends there. As I approached my room, the hotel's appearance changed and it looked like a cheap motel. My room smelled mildewy and moldy, Bathtub was dirty. The nice bed linen didn't compensate for the dirty carpet...

Okay
The Good Buy rate travel agency got us put us in back of main hotel,it was called a "Traditional room". Noisy! Paper thin walls,heard doors loudly closing,fighting in room next door in Spanish,and airplanes taking off. Not much sleep.We do not...
52 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
According their web site: "This revolutionary concept is so simple, yet rare to the travel industry. "24/24" guarantees your room will be ready, and held until you arrive, and you can keep the room for exactly 24 hours."
But I was told by their Reservation department staff that 24hr Check-In/Check Out innovation is not available.

Mediocre
I agree with other people posting here that this hotel is in definite need of remodeling and upgrading. Very dirty appearance and the bathroom was so bad I would not use the shower. Also very noisy.
