Very clean-valet svc excellent.Long time on hold-desk clerks efficient. The hotel itself is very nice. The only problem I experienced was with the desk clerks. Some were friendly others were not interested.

We had a early flight and need to be close to the airport and we booked the 4 points . The bathrooms were not fit for humans. it was dirty with hair in the tubs and on the floor from another guest, mold on the bathroom in the tub area the small bottles of lotion and shampoo were used half empty the non smoking rooms smelt of stale smoke. the management us not very kind to my complaints and after a long wait, I was given another room that was not much better. it did not have hair on the floor. everything was the same.
