I stayed at this hotel almost three weeks ago and left my cell phone there. When I called, the hotel confirmed that they had my phone at the front desk, and they were nice enough to offer to mail it back to me. However, when I called back three days later, it had not been sent yet. It is now eighteen days later and I still do not have my phone. I have called several times to inquire about a tracking number, or to get a specific date that it was sent. Each time I am either told to call back when another manager is on duty, or (this has happened twice), I am put on hold for over 20 minutes until I have to hang up. I do not have a landline at home, and I use my cell extensively for work, so this has obviously been a huge inconvenience for me -- one that the Sheraton has been utterly unhelpful and unsympathetic about. I will never in my life stay at another Sheraton hotel, and would not recommend this location in particular.
