The hotel make a good small convention spot. It did lack several amenities that I prefer for travel.

I liked the friendly staff. The hotel was clean and spacious.

They had prompt service and an easy check-in and check-out.

This hotel recently completed a renovation and it looks great. I travel extensively and stay in a lot of different 'business class' hotels and this is one of the favorites on my route.

The staff is always friendly and Four Points has one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. I really like the Best Brews menu, beers from all over the world.

I stayed at this hotel almost three weeks ago and left my cell phone there. When I called, the hotel confirmed that they had my phone at the front desk, and they were nice enough to offer to mail it back to me. However, when I called back three days later, it had not been sent yet. It is now eighteen days later and I still do not have my phone. I have called several times to inquire about a tracking number, or to get a specific date that it was sent. Each time I am either told to call back when another manager is on duty, or (this has happened twice), I am put on hold for over 20 minutes until I have to hang up. I do not have a landline at home, and I use my cell extensively for work, so this has obviously been a huge inconvenience for me -- one that the Sheraton has been utterly unhelpful and unsympathetic about. I will never in my life stay at another Sheraton hotel, and would not recommend this location in particular.
