Hotel Review

45 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel was nicer than other Four Points I'd stayed in. I checked in very late, and the front desk agent was very nice and accommodating; she also stayed on the phone with me when I was lost and guided me to the hotel. My bed seemed brand new and was very comfortable.
This hotel made me feel welcome: Again, it was the employee on duty who helped me find the place, and then was very warm and friendly when I finally arrived.

41 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business
During my last business trip, I had the displeasure of staying at this hotel. The desk clerks completely hacked my billing info, the breakfast buffet was dirty looking, and the waitstaff was rude as I swear the manager gave me dirty looks as I ate. In the lounge area, the bartender was eager to display some type of personal crisis with her patrons, and the food was terrible, especially for the price. A waiter was kind and informed enough to give me directions to places in the area I needed to go. He did what the front desk apparently was unwilling or unable to do for me, perhaps I should have had the janitor take care of my billing process. Aside from the one waiter in the lounge that gave good service to me during my stay, the rest of the staff in the hotel appeared to be untrained and under qualified. What is going on in Leominster, ma? Overall, a nice looking hotel with a hidden atmosphere I'd like not to experience ever again.

35 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
In this hotel, I've received absolutely, the worst service over all that I've ever been given. The front desk staff was rude, the managers were never available, and the poor restaurant was understaffed. The saving grace of my experience was one helpful waiter, by far, the exception to my experience, although the food was severely overpriced for the poor quality it was. The bartender didn't even know how to make a Martini. I would never return to this hotel.

The place was really nice, just a tad costly because of some festival in town that was unrelated to our visit. It was not full though, probably due to the price, which was kind of high.
This hotel made me feel elegant: It was just a very classy place and the staff even served us after-dinner coffee out in the lobby rather than at our table in the in-house restaurant. Highly recommended!

This hotel made me feel secure: Staff in the lobby, good locks on the doors.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I ordered champagne for my room, and when arrived it was displayed beautifully with luscious strawberries! Also, everyone was friendly and helpful.
