Delta flight to Cincinnati was canceled due to snow. Delta rep called Four Points Sheraton and made a reservation. We went straight to the hotel with a voucher signed by the Delta rep but were told one room would cost twice as much. We asked to see the night manager who was rude and ignorant. Because we were stranded, he refused to honor the rate Delta secured for emergency layovers. We filed a complaint with Delta, our travel agent and Four Points. So far, we have yet to hear from Four Points. The room was old but with a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom was cluttered and difficult to move around in and the room was very small for having two full size beds. My advice is to avoid this hotel. We have since learned that there are other, much nicer hotels with friendly, helpful staff within 10 minutes of LAX. Wished we had known that before we went on vacation!
