27 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Very frustrating. They did not have my second night reservation, which was already paid for. They over charged me for the first night by $40, and charged me $50 dollars for the night that was prepaid. Even though I had conformation numbers with the reservations.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Four Points by Sheraton LAX.
I might recommend it to friends.

I registered for a deluxe room with 2 queens, I got only a regular room with two doubles. The special rate was advertised, I got that, but what's the point if you don't get the room you want.

I am not likely to return to the Four Points by Sheraton LAX.
