Four Points by Sheraton LAX Hotel - Page 3

This hotel has great service and a friendly staff. It's in a good location for the airport and had a 24-hour airport shuttle service. The hotel restaurant was also very good.

The hotel bar was over-priced. I paid $10.50 for a bottle of beer.

The Four Points by Sheraton LAX is horrible. Motel 6 would pull their name off this dump. How can Sheraton allow this dump to use their name? Here are my four points:

* hotel is dirty

*staff is unfriendly

*airport shuttle unreliable

*parking is a mess and inconvenient

Stay somewhere else. This is no bargain.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Everything was handled at ease with no pressure other than receiving phone calls. That's one area improvement could be made.

My problem was in contacting their shuttle to pick me up at the airport after my trip back from Hawaii.

I loved it - I look forward to staying at another of their facilities.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The physical atmosphere (interior decor) was very pleasant, the staff was just outstanding. Made us feel that they could/would handle any request with no problem. It was delightful!

It was a business conference and the decision was made for me, there wasn't any other real choice.

They did not explain how to be picked up at the airport causing me to spend more than an hour waiting, waiting, and trying to find out how to meet the pickup van.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: I may have answered wrongly. I felt I paid far more than received. Limited lobby, bar opened late. The airport pick up service was slow and frustrating.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They allowed me to make a reservation even though I couldn't find my credit card. And they provided a service needed (parking for the two weeks I was flying out of state and I needed to park my car).

This hotel made me feel respected: On check in, the front desk attendant noted we were there due to flight problems and recognized our disappointment. We were treated with empathy.
