The room was big and the beds were comfortable.The rugs leading to the hallways were filthy. The carpets leading into the hallway were filthy, no elevator, I had to use scan three doors to get into my room.

Upon check in I immediately noticed large amounts of hair on the bathroom floor, toilet seat and in one of the two beds. The room looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. After complaining to the on duty manager they changed my room....
