Lovely Cape Cod is the setting of Four Points by Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod, a modern full-service hotel. The area features around 27,000 acres of undeveloped beaches, salt marshes, bike trails, kettle ponds and forests. Just half a mile from the hotel, the National Seashore Visitors Center offers guided and self-guided tours. Just up the Cape is Provincetown, with its famous artists' colony. Provincetown is the shove-off point for 3-hour whale-watching excursions, which give visitors an up-close look at the world's largest mammals. Rock Harbor Sportfishing Fleet ties up just 5 miles from the hotel.

The front desk person was very friendly and helpful when we arrived as was the waitress in the on-site restaurant.
The bedroom portion of the room was clean and beds very comfortable. The bathroom needed help. mildew growing in shower, plastic tub surround cracked, sink not clean where it meets the counter (yes I always look there as it tells me about their attention to detail).
The indoor pool was large and my daughter enjoyed it very much. The fish and chips in the restaurant were good and the desserts were yummy.

Four Points by Sheraton, Eastham, Massachusetts is a beautiful hotel located at the gateway to the Cape Cod National Seashore. The hotel offered amenities like outdoor pool, whirlpool, and sauna. The hotel is located conveniently to many local attractions like Cape Cod Whale Watch.

Good
We went the 2nd week in August 2007 - so this information is very current. The hotel was clean & the service was good - staff was very accommodating - both the inside & outside pools were well taken care of , the fitness room appeared clean ...
Dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. Stained bedding, food stuck to fabric chair, dark "something" running down wall, carpet stained and hard throughout. The same debris layed in hallway the whole week we were there. Pool side room was...
I like how t is nice and quiet. IF you have a family I would recommend a first level room with pool outside. Then you can watch your kids swim but dont haved to leave your deck. everything is were you would expect it to be. The venders we found...
I am not sure what hotel the "Beware" person stayed at but I find it hard to believe that it was at the Four Points Sheraton in Eastham!!! My stay was fantastic and well worth the price (which was great as well).
This place calls itself a 'hotel' but is really just a motel.
The overall condition of the 'hotel' was poor. The entire place smelled of chlorine from the indoor pool. The exercise room was very badly equipped and what...

Okay
Needs Improvement Review is misplaced by date. Please note the last stay at the Sheraton Eastham Four Points Hotel was in July of 2006...not July of 2005. Just so you're aware of most recent review by visit.
Whoever wrote Eastham 4 Points is Fantastic has misplaced their review. Although the hotel staff is very courteous and knowledgeable, the hotel does not come close to the expectations one would have of a Sheraton.
The only thing we did not like was the increase in the rates, off season, just because a hockey tournament was in town. Some got a cheaper rate on line, but when it was known there was a tournament the rates went up. I feel that is unfair to a...
