rooms were dirty, candy papers beside bed , blood on bathroom door,tub dirty,coffee couldn't drink had to buy bottles of water to make,room not ready when got there, foods was cold no matter what you ordered,bar only one good bar person who knew how to make a drink,not to many spoke English,could not open window to get air in, ask housekeeping for bottles of water no, had to pay for not what their ad said, there for a weekend and it was very costly ,most places give you coffee downstairs not here you pay. very disappointed would never go back again.

18 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I was surprised at the quality of my stay there because the room was cleaner and there were no minor interior remodeling where I stayed, like my last visit to one in Kansas City.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Four Points by Sheraton Chicago O'Hare Airport.
