Horrible
Upon arrival only one elevator was in service. The hotel was smelly and old. The staff left alot to be desired with manners and helpfulness. The airconditioner in the room was so loud could not sleep.
35 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
There were blood stains on floor, the bathroom had mold in the shower, the internet didn't work most of the time, the TV took a long time to come on, the room smelled bad, and there was a nasty and dirty looking laundry room. Outside, you got different answers to the same questions depending on who you talked to. I won't stay there again.
Airconditioners SO LOUD woke us up from dead sleep. Parents' first room A/C didn't work. Much trouble switching rooms. Then their new room A/C was so loud my mother had to sleep on the couch with a pillow on her head!
