Horrible service.
1. They lost my reservation I made on expedia. I had to call expedia to get the reservation sent again.
2. Took almost an hour to get checked in.
3. Airport shuttle is only at a few schedule times making it necessary to spend hours at the airport.
4. Jacuzzi out of order.
5. No child baby sittting service
6. Desk clerk tried to overcharge us for our room. I had to get the slip out from Expedia to make sure she did not overcharge us by 15%. Our taxi driver actually warned us they would do this and not honor the Expedia price, and guess what, they tried to overcharge us..
I am a former employee of Sheraton. This is not a refection on the company. This is a franchised hotel, not corporate. THey are not following Sheraton proceedures. I called sheraton . I do not see this as a reflection on sheraton but on the hotel.
