35 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel room itself was fine- it was clean and the beds are nice. The front desk staff is composed of uneducated, lazy, ill-spoken idiots - except for a young asian man, who appears to be the only person in the place to have a functional brain and good manners. The neighborhood is a GHETTO, a veritable ghetto. Don't expect to go walking about at night in search of a restaurant.

The airport shuttle was amazing; it was right there within three minutes. The driver was excellent. The beds were amazing. The USA Today at the door in the morning and the in-room coffee were nice touches. The exercise equipment was in excellent condition and the pieces were well chosen. Overall, this hotel is a good choice. I continually find myself pleased with my experiences at Four Points. This is a good choice for overnight stays for travelers going through Boston.
They gave us delicious fresh chocolate walnut chip cookies when we checked in and handled our check-in quickly and efficiently, even though a big group was checking in at the same time.
I am very likely
to return to the Four Points by Sheraton Boston Logan Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
