The location is very convenient. The staff is efficient and courteous.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Four Points Sheraton Ann Arbor.
I might recommend it to friends.

My room was very nice and the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my stay there. I heard a lot of good things about the pool area from other people in my group, but I never got around to visiting it.

I am very likely to return to the Four Points Sheraton Ann Arbor.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
