31 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The room was well maintained but the televisions and the beds needed to be upgraded.

This hotel made me feel respected: The main check in was handled by the clerk at the front desk and I was treated like a guest not just a customer.

I am very likely to return to the Four Points Hotel by Sheraton Norwalk.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Everything was fine.

It was great. It was nicer than I expected.

This hotel made me feel respected: We needed an early check in because our flight got in before the regular check in. They hurried to get our room ready and then they came and got us from the terrace as soon as it was ready.

I am very likely to return to the Four Points Hotel by Sheraton Norwalk.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

35 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for business

I liked the hotel's convenient location to restaurants and highways. It's a decent value by Connecticut standards. However, I disliked the limited TV channel selection. I had problem with the phone (it rang once every hour all night the first night; I had to unplug it). The carpet was kind of dirty.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Four Points Hotel by Sheraton Norwalk.
I might recommend it to friends.

The staff was friendly, but the place needed a hot tub.
