24 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for business

It's a good location close to Midway Airport. There's a free shuttle service to the airport and to the El train.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Four Points Hotel by Sheraton Midway.
I might recommend it to friends.

60 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The room and the facilities are aging and some repairs are needed. The air conditioning unit was leaking in our first room so they moved us. The air conditioning unit in the second room needed replacement and that was arranged promptly.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Four Points Hotel by Sheraton Midway.
I might recommend it to friends.

The shuttle service was available.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The shuttle service waited until we purchased items at the store.

I am very likely to return to the Four Points Hotel by Sheraton Midway.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I liked everything about the hotel except for the beds! They were way too hard.

I am very likely to return to the Four Points Hotel by Sheraton Midway.

48 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The hotel was adequate. We were really only looking for a place to sleep while we visited the city for a play and sent our daughter back to California. It was very convenient for access to the Midway. The shuttle service was quick and accessible - the main reason for choosing this hotel.

I am very likely to return to the Four Points Hotel by Sheraton Midway.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
