The hotel was clean but plain. It's not necessarily a good value for the price. The location was farther from my destination than I would have liked.

The Four Points Hotel Downtown had an unheated pool and no clean towels. There was an extremely expensive on-site restaurant with very small portions. The view was horrible from the small room with a leaky bathroom faucet.
I am

to return to the Four Points Hotel by Sheraton Downtown.

Restaurant staff was terrible. Didn't make us feel welcomed. Treated us as if we were an annoyance. Unable to contact room service.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the price was right; no complaints there. However, the room was very small with a horrible view, the unheated pool was a disappointment with no clean towels. The in-house restaurant was phenomenally expensive with.
