I took my 5 year old son to the waterpark to have a "daycation" and it turned into frustration instead... The waterpark itself was alot of fun with plenty to do but I personally won't be going back because of the rudeness of the staff. The lazy river entrance is very cramped. Your either blocking the walk-way or practically being shoved into it without time to get on the tube. A smile or a simple excuse me or thank you goes a long way but don't expect to get that from the staff.
I can't imagine that anyone would write an approving review of this place; unless they were owners or management. This place has the most horrid service, provided by the most hapless and apethetic employees that I have ever dealt with in my 43 years....
