Convenient and close to stores, restaurants. 2 blocks from the ferry to downtown Manhattan, and St. George Ballpark Staten Island Yankees. 2 private floors each with own 2 bedrooms and bath, upper floor has a skylight bath and view of Verezzano bridge. The location was perfect for us to show the kids (8 & 4) Manhattan on a budget. We walked to the ferry, no hassles. 30 minutes from Mid-town; mostly on the boat. Loved it.
