55 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
We have never experienced such unhelpful and arrogant hotel staff. Every request from hotel guests was a problem. Reception staff seemed to be all the time angry and upset. The rooms were very small and untidy. The hotel is in desperate need for renovation and new guest-friendly staff. Until then stay somwhere else.

Location.Hotel charged separate resort fee/day when hotel was not near resort quality. However, I did not expect the hotel to be so low quality for the extra fee charged! The elevators are really slow, the carpet always looks dirty & the rooms were...

Beautiful, clean and the price were wonderful.They didn't give you an invoice at the end of your stay. Location was great, clean, beautiful get away with pool, hot tub and bar, very, comfortable.

Hotel is convenient to major streets.NA. Hotel is a basic hotel nothing grand hotel staff is very friendly and helpful hotel has nice pool, Jacuzzi and tennis courts this hotel has seen better days but for 2 stars its good enough.

Nothing.Everything. Everything was nasty from the towels to the bed sheets. The tissue looked like it was used and put back in the box. The water from the sink and faucet smelt weird. The air conditioner was old and cut off at random times. almost...
