Nothing.Everything.“The hotel is misrepresented as a resort and in its star rating. The shower water is greenish/yellow, the carpet needs to be changed 10 years ago...
Loved the rate BUT that should have been a clue as to the problems below.
1) Yellow water--management said that this is the color and it has been tested. Was suppossed to be a sign in the room indicating that which was not there. In any event, had diarrhea after drinking.
Manager comped me on two bottles of water and said I should buy some from vending machine atr $2/bottle.
2) Elevator broken and door on working one did not always open automatically.
3) Dirty bedspread
4) Terible pillows and bed linen
5) Constantly disturbing during day
6) Stopped basin
7) Thin towels
8) Not owned by Ramada.
9) Resort fee needs to be negated by calling front desk. May have been a resort 45 years ago but only the name now says resort
