The hotel was fine but at this size personal service is not expected. The pool was real nice.

They were not very helpful to accommodate a late check out time. We had a late red eye flight.

The flamingo was an excellent hotel for a business meeting. The only problem I had was I stayed on one of the top floors and it took ten minutes for the hot water to get hot for shaving and showering in the morning.

The Flamingo is reasonably priced and is located centrally. It is easy to get to the other casinos from there. The only suggestion I would have is to have a few quick food restaurants available.

The Flamingo is located in the center of the Strip which makes it easy to walk the Strip. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.

This hotel made me feel welcome: At check in the clerk greeted us and made us feel at home. They explained the property and all it had to offer.

The centralized location is great. It’s easy to get to all the other properties.

Our room was not cleaned very well, especially the bathroom. It was most likely not the fault of the cleaning service since it may be difficult to clean when tiles are loose from the floor and wall surfaces.

It’s very nice for students on a budget. It’s in the perfect location with an excellent casino. I will consider staying here again!

The weather was bad and the flight was late. They gave away the room we asked for, but put us in it the second night.

This hotel made me feel entertained: We enjoyed the young Jerry Lee Lewis impersonator who sang and played the piano better or as well as the real Jerry Lee Lewis and were able to visit personally with him inside the casino. The shows were better than expected. It was great!

It was an excellent redo of the room. Everything was new and very clean.

I am a member of their player rewards system through the Harrahs casino properties. For that reason I will stay at one of their properties for which I am comped for my stay.

The rooms are good size. The room had a nice view of Las Vegas. The pool environment is great with palm trees, some shade, the shape of the pools, and nice people.

The room we reserved wasn't available. They gave us a better room but told us we would have to move the next day or pay the higher price for the better room. We felt we should have gotten the better room for our stay of three nights since the room we reserved was not available. The personnel were not overly friendly or receptive to our complaint.

The room didn't have a clock or radio. It was at the end of the hall by the machines and workers.
