More expensive than previous stays - now they charge for roll-away beds. A found this to be a bit of a crock.

They actually offered us a great deal. We can't wait to use it this year.

This hotel made me feel secure: I felt safe there because there was a lot of staff and it was more quiet than I thought it would be.

I've been there before without problem, but recently I felt the staff was rude and confrontational.

Nice place to stay. Hotel has made some recent improvements in the rooms that like very much.

I like the location of the Flamingo so have stayed there several times.... And the price is always right.

When we arrived, our room was not ready. We arrived around 10 P.M. and were not able to use our room until about 1 AM! It was outrageous.

I stay in both Flamingo Laughlin and Las Vegas. They have become a "home away from home" for me.

I was thoroughly content staying in your hotel and treated by your entire staff in a timely professional manner. You were very crowded and was treated like was the only one there. Excellent service! I recommend your hotel highly.

I liked Margarittaville a lot! It was great that is was connected to the hotel. That will definitely bring me back.

This hotel made me feel entertained: Lots to do. There was a live band one night in the middle of the casino.

Good, but not as good as Caesar's where we usually stay.

Stay there every year, at least once. My only complaint is with their new A/C system which lets the room get too hot at night.

Long lines for check-in and check out.

I enjoyed myself, the pool was very nice but crowded, restaurants were good, cleaning staff was very quick to respond to anything I needed, bathrooms in the casino area are well kept, but the wait staff at the slot machines were difficult to work with.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Well the desk was friendly but not too nice to another person staying with me. She and her husband were very big gamblers and often stayed at the Flamingo but was treated very rudely when she asked questions about being comp'd for different things.

More check-in personnel are needed at later hours.

I go to the Flamingo 2 or 3 times a year and always have a wonderful time.
