I was very displeased with the hotel personnel and their attitude with helping me with a request that I made for getting something I needed for the bathroom. I feel that I was treated poorly by both the regular employees and the management when I complained.

This hotel made me feel secure: Nice facilities. Bedrooms are nice. However, I was not pleased that they started charging for the lumpy worn-out rollaway beds. Most of the staff seemed friendly, but whenever they were unwilling to answer my questions. That was kind of weird I suppose, but I didn't let it ruin my trip.

The Flamingo Las Vegas once again proved to me that it is one of the most stylish, professionally operated and "glamorous" hotels on the Las Vegas strip. It is my personal favorite.

We were extremely disappointed with the Margaritaville restaurant. Foremost, the food was awful. The service was sub par. The entry for seating is confusing. The staff could not be concerned about the customer. The atmosphere was contrived. That's it, the winning combination for a disappointing restaurant.

It was easy to get around because it's not as big as the other hotels. But my kids were disappointed because the game room for the kids was closed.

They've always treated us very well, without exception.
