Poor check-in, room not clean when I checked in. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We bought a Hilton time share at the Hilton behind the Flamingo and probably will stay there in the future. The Flamingo has something to be desired. I prefer the Luxor for moderately priced hotels, it feels luxurious!

I could see the "dancing waters" of the Bellagio outside my window. The facilities of the conference were superb. Room service was excellent.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They checked me in at 9AM, despite the fact that the normal check-in time is 3PM. I was just going to check my luggage, but a room was ready because they prepped the hotel for the expected 1,300 check-ins that day - apparently they brought in extra staff. I was very grateful!

The food was excellent, the service was excellent, the amenities were understated but elegant, and the staff was very professional. Even the air was clean and fresh - not smoky like other hotels on the strip.

This hotel made me feel pampered: Seat plow while I played slots kept my butt from getting sore. The hotel staff provided me with lots of extra water and coffee so I could stay awake. I did so well in fact, that they offered me a toy gift: a Flamingo doll! They also provided me with extra towels and wash cloths so I could stay dry. Line-item breakfast order allowed me to eat fast, and then get back to the slots. When I occasionally looked up from the gambling, I saw lots of real smiles! This was another great Vegas trip.

It's my 'home in Las Vegas.

We were there for my son's wedding, in the garden. Some of the reservations were mixed up, we had about 30 in our group. The wedding was a nice experience. I would stay there again. The view from our room was incredible.

I found a rather large insect in my drink from the bar and the shift manager accused me of putting it there myself and his only resolution was to give me a free drink of my choice. Very unprofessional!

Good hotel, no better than any other in Vegas.

Our room was not as clean as it has been in the past. Stains on carpet and sheets. Housekeeping sprayed the halls with a very unpleasant room freshener (like "coconut oil and flowers" mix, but it was nauseating). The food has gotten worse in Lindy's, we ate at O'Shea's instead.

Employees could be more friendly, I wish they'd smile a little at customers (even if it was a fake smile, anything would be better then what they're doing now).
