The facility was fine, but the customer service was pretty horrible.

Front desk was not helpful. We had problems with our room safe and it took 3 hours to get it resolved. They really didn't seem to care that we had stuff locked in it that we couldn't get to.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Flamingo Las Vegas.

Front desk at check-in was rather rude. Seemed more rushed and cranky than friendly. Rest of the hotel was great. Very easy to find things.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Casino set-up was very comfortable.

I am very likely to return to the Flamingo Las Vegas.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This hotel made me feel excited: Watching the people while they gambled was a hoot. The expressions that appeared on their faces whether they won or lost was great. Having celebrities walk pass you was kind of cool too, but I prefer watching people gamble.

I am very likely to return to the Flamingo Las Vegas.

This experience was outstanding. I did have a problem there the time before, but it was handled quickly, accurately, and above and beyond our expectations - which is why we chose to stay here again.
